This afternoon, I tried to send money through to my account. I was waiting for its verification but I have waited and waited. The minutes turned to hours, and hours to several hours. I then decided to make a complaint based from their message that my money was received by the recipient. I checked, and rechecked again still the money was not in my account yet.
I went to the bathroom and prayed for His will be done in my life. I know that Christ will not allow me to get behind with my bills payments. I trust the Lord and waited for His wisdom. For some reason, whilst I was checking my emails as I was getting a pause from sending my timesheets, I began to check my emails. Re-reading my emails, I found out that the amount I was expecting was not the amount I sent. All this time the devil made me a bit worried, by blinding me from what I need to see. With this blindness, I made a complaint to the remittance company, and sent my feedback twice for their foul service. Re-reading the email again, I have sent the wrong amount. This amount was already in the account but not the amount I require to sent! Hence, the money has not left my bank account yet. Upon checking, the money was still in my bank account! The devil can blind us from what we see, but Christ has given me the wisdom to understand. It is not His will for me to get behind with my bills payments! Now, I knew His will. Glory to Christ Jesus! I have now sent the money required for my bill to get paid. All done in His will!
Realising this, it is indeed really true that the enemy can blind us. We have to pray and ask the Lord Jesus for wisdom. He will enlighten us -- and this truth will be revealed to us. For Christ Jesus is the Truth. As stated in John 14, 6 Jesus answered, “I am the Way and the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. Hence, we have to walk by faith and not by sight. As what stated in the book of 2 Corinthians 5, 7 For we live by faith, not by sight.
