At work, you will never know what and who comes in at your door. My shift began light, it was not busy in the morning. Until before lunchtime, it started to peak up.
I had my lunch at 20 past one in the afternoon, it used to be by 12 noon. In the afternoon, I saw a 35 year old gentleman who was well-mannered. Whilst getting through all his medical history, I found out he had been through quite a lot but I could only see his being prim and properness.
I realised though that no matter how life takes you to, the goodness inside of us should stay. Like the prim and properness of this gentleman, whom I saw today. Our light in Christ should continue to shine as stated in Matthew 6 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Reflecting, I realised that we should never be influenced by the corrupt surroundings around us, rather, continue this light that is in us when we accepted Christ in our life.
